Orders & Tracking

How do I track my order?
Use the tracking link in your shipping email for the most current carrier updates. If you believe your package is lost or stolen, contact the carrier to investigate or file a claim, or send an email to info@lashbomb.com.
When will my order ship?
Orders are processed Monday–Friday within 1–3 business days (Distributor Orders: 3–5 business days). Peak sales and major U.S. holidays may cause delays.
Do you offer free U.S. shipping?
Yes. Orders of $200+ ship free to U.S. addresses via standard USPS shipping.

Returns & Exchanges

What’s the return window?
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and unopened and returned within 30 days.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Use our portal and enter the email associated with your lashbomb.com account plus your order or tracking number.
Which items are final sale?
Adhesives, Sale Trays, GLAMCOR products, Magnifying Glasses, School Kits, LashBomb Kits, and other sale items. Subject to change.
Can I return part of a bundle or kit?
Contact info@lashbomb.com with your order details and we’ll review on a case-by-case basis.
How long do refunds/approvals take?
Once we receive your return, please allow 3–5 business days for processing.

Shipping & Pickup

Which carriers do you use?
USPS is our standard carrier. Other carriers can be used upon request at an additional charge; in those cases, you may be responsible for the full shipping cost (free shipping applies to standard USPS shipping only).
Do you ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO?
We ship to any address that USPS delivers to. It’s the customer’s responsibility to provide a deliverable USPS address.
Do you ship adhesives year-round?
Yes, adhesives ship year-round to all destinations. During extreme temperature seasons, we recommend USPS Priority Mail.
Can I add Signature Confirmation?
Yes, signature confirmation is available on USPS Priority Mail orders for an extra fee at checkout. Signature service is fulfilled by USPS; USPS errors, delays, mis-delivery, or failure to obtain a signature are outside our control.
Local pickup & lockboxes (Mesa, AZ)
Pickup hours: Mon–Fri, 9:00 am–3:30 pm at 256 East 10th Drive, Mesa, AZ 85210. On request, we can place your order in one of four secure lockboxes and text you the box number and code.
Lockbox policy: Pick up within 24 hours of the request. LASHBOMB isn’t responsible for damage to orders left beyond 24 hours and cannot replace unclaimed orders.

Products & Adhesives

What’s the shelf life of adhesives?
About 6–12 months unopened. To extend shelf life, store refrigerated until opened. Do not refrigerate after opening; keep at room temperature.
How should I store and handle adhesive after opening?
Keep at room temperature, away from extreme heat. Clean the nozzle, shake thoroughly, and burp the bottle regularly. We recommend using a Glue Vault (Glue Vault or Temperature Gauging Glue Vault) to help extend working life.
Do you provide MSDS/SDS?
Yes, MSDS available upon request at info@lashbomb.com.
