Shipping Policy

Processing Time

LASHBOMB processes orders Monday-Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays. Orders are generally processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday begin processing the next business day. For Distributor Orders, please allow 3-5 business days for processing.

Shipping times may be delayed during major U.S. holidays and sale periods.

U.S. Shipping

Free U.S. Shipping: Orders of $200+ ship free to domestic (U.S.) addresses.

Standard Shipping: $6. Please allow 3-5 business days. Shipping times are not guaranteed.

Priority Shipping: $20. Please allow 1-3 business days. Priority shipping times are not guaranteed. (Orders must be placed before 3:30 PM MST Monday-Friday to ship the same day.)

Priority Shipping + Signature Confirmation: $23. Please allow 1-3 business days. Priority shipping times are not guaranteed. (Orders must be placed before 3:30 PM MST Monday-Friday to ship the same day.)

Signature Confirmation is fulfilled by USPS; LASHBOMB is not responsible for USPS errors, delays, misdelivery, or failure to obtain a signature.

Lockbox Pickup (By Request - Mesa, AZ)

We maintain four secure lockboxes outside of our Mesa facility. Upon request, we can place your order in a lockbox for self-service pickup. When your order is ready, you’ll receive a text message with the lockbox number and the access code.

To request a lockbox, add “Lockbox” in your order notes at checkout or contact us at orders@lashbomb.com or (480) 349-6626. Lockbox placement is subject to availability.

Lockbox policy: Orders must be picked up within 24 hours of the lockbox request. We highly recommend picking up the same day. LASHBOMB is not responsible for any damage to orders left in the lockbox for more than 24 hours, and we cannot replace unclaimed orders.

International Shipping

Shipping cost may be determined by the weight of your package. Customers are responsible for any additional shipping charges for international orders.

We are not responsible for customs duties/fees once your package leaves our facility. These fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Please contact your local postal or customs office for more information.

Flat-rate international shipping: $25. Please allow 10-20 business days. International shipping times are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Please use the tracking information sent via email for the most current carrier updates. If you believe your package is lost or stolen, contact the carrier for assistance or file a claim.

Shipping Protection (Optional)

At checkout, you may choose to add optional shipping protection for a small fee to insure your package.

Coverage cost: About 2.5% of your total order value. If your order is less than $100.00 USD, shipping protection is a flat fee of $0.98.

Shipping protection is not required to place an order, but it is highly recommended. If a package is lost, damaged, or stolen in transit and shipping protection was not added, we may not be able to assist, as responsibility transfers once the package leaves our facility.

Risk of Loss: Once a package leaves our facility, LASHBOMB is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items in transit.

Shipment of Adhesives

All adhesive (glue) sales are final; returns and exchanges are not accepted.

Adhesives are temperature-sensitive. During extreme hot or cold weather (we ship with an ice pack in summer), we recommend USPS Priority Mail. If another method is chosen during extreme temperatures, LASHBOMB is not responsible for adhesive damage in transit.

Eligibility

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused and unopened and returned to LASHBOMB within 30 days of delivery.
  • Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. This includes customized or special order items (such as school kits), clearance items, and any products marked “Final Sale” at checkout.
  • All return and exchange requests must be submitted by contacting customer service for review.

What to Expect

  • A customer service representative will review your request and may ask for additional details.
  • For damaged or wrong items, you may be asked to provide a photo.
  • For adhesive consistency concerns, you may be asked to provide a short video of a glue drop on a flat surface so our team can review.
  • If your item is confirmed defective or damaged in shipping, a return label may be provided. In all other cases, the buyer is responsible for return shipping and may use the carrier of their choice.

Product-Specific Notes

Adhesives (Glue): All adhesive sales are final (no change-of-mind returns or exchanges). If you received the wrong adhesive or believe there is a product issue (e.g., consistency), contact customer service and be prepared to provide photos/videos for review.

Magnifying Glasses: If the magnifying glasses arrive damaged, contact customer service and provide a photo; we will review and proceed as appropriate. Non-damaged magnifying glasses are generally not eligible for return; please contact info@lashbomb.com if you need help.

Note: Customized or special order items—including school kits—are final sale and non-refundable/non-returnable.

Online Training Purchases

All online training purchases are non-refundable. For the Time Tamer Kit, the only items eligible for exchange are the magnifying glasses (if you need a different magnification) or faulty tweezers. All other kit items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. For these kit-specific exceptions, please email info@lashbomb.com.

Conditions for Exchange

Please contact us within 14 days of receipt if you would like to exchange your item(s). Products must be unused and unopened, and returned within 30 days of delivery.

If your package was damaged in shipping or your items are defective, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery, and products must be returned within 30 days.

Training Deposits and Balances

All training deposits are nonrefundable but may be applied to future LASHBOMB courses. Training balances are nonrefundable starting on the day of the scheduled training.
