LASHBOMB POLICIES
All orders will be fulfilled within 24-48 hours and shipped out Monday-Friday. Any orders placed after 3:00pm GMT Friday will be shipped out the following Monday morning. Once fulfilled, you will receive a tracking number. LASHBOMB is not liable for any issues regarding your shipment once it has been sent off, including lost or damaged packages. Package Insurance is available for an additional cost.
Any returns or exchanges of unused products, excluding adhesives, can be made within 14 days from the date of the order. Please contact info@lashbomb.com for all exchange and return inquiries.
LASHBOMB is not responsible for any client issues that may arise. Adhesive MSDS and Product ingredients are provided for you and should be purchased with your own understanding of the products, as well as your own insurance in place.
