How can I exchange or return a product?
Any returns or exchanges of unused products, excluding adhesives, can be made within 14 days from the date of the order. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for all exchange and return inquiries.
What do I do if my package gets lost?
Contact us at email@example.com with any package inquiries. LASHBOMB is not liable for any issues regarding your shipment once it has been sent off, including lost or damaged packages. Package Insurance is available for an additional cost.
How much is International Shipping?
$25-$60 depending on where you live. Please keep in mind there may be additional customs fees outside of LASHBOMB shipping fees.
Do I need to be licensed to take a training?
Depending on your state regulations you do need to be licensed or you need to be currently attending school.
Do I need to take the Classic Course prior to the Volume Course?
No, you are able to pick your own class. There is no order needed.
Do I need to provide my own model for my training?
You are able to bring your own model or if you do not have a model we can provide one for you.
Will LASHBOMB travel to me for a group training?
Yes! LashBomb will travel to you for a group training of 4 or more students.
