How can I exchange or return a product?
Any returns or exchanges of unused products, excluding adhesives and final sale items, can be made within 14 days from the date of the order. Please contact email@example.com for all exchange and return inquiries.
What do I do if my package gets lost?
Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with any package inquiries. LashBomb is not liable for any issues regarding your shipment once it has been sent off, including lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
Route Package Insurance is available for an additional cost. We highly recommend purchasing the insurance. Without Route Insurance there is nothing we can do about lost, stolen or damaged packages.
If your package has been stolen or lost, please contact USPS for the most updated information, and to file a claim.
How much is International Shipping?
$25-$60 depending on where you live. LashBomb is not responsible for any additional custom fees.
Do I need to be licensed to take a training?
Depending on your state regulations you do need to be licensed or you need to be currently attending school.
Do I need to take the Classic Course prior to the Volume Course?
No, you are able to pick your own class. There is no order needed.
Do I need to provide my own model for my training?
Yes, we recommend providing your own model. If you are unable to do so, please contact your training manager as soon as possible.
Will LASHBOMB travel to me for a group training?
Yes! LashBomb will travel to you for a group training of 4 or more students.
